This instrument needs no introduction, as many famous trumpet players have played on this model (Miles Davis, Dizzy Gillespie, Chet Baker, Don Fagerquist, the list goes on!). If you are looking for that classic small group jazz sound, look no further!
This horn is great shape especially considering its vintage. There are a few signs of use on this horn. There are a few pings on the bell bow and bell stem. There is also some wear on the typical contact points of the instrument, as well as some lacquer loss. This horn also features a trigger on the 1st valve slide. Beyond this however, it was a well cared for instrument that still has lots of life left in it! This Committee features a #2 bore leadpipe. The slides move freely and valves move smoothly with great action and compression with a thicker oil! Don't miss a deal on a classic horn!
