This is a custom mouthpiece with some very interesting specifications with a very round 10.5C-ish rim and a very shallow cup. This would make for a great and comfortable commercial mouthpiece!
This mouthpiece is in phenomenal shape with only minor insertion marks and light scratching and tarnish around the blank.
