Austin Custom Brass brand instruments (ACB Doubler’s, ACB Professional, and ACB Student models) are warranted for 12 months from the date on the warranty card subject to the limitations contained in this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by use, neglect, or abuse. This warranty covers instrument malfunctions as a result of faulty material or workmanship. The instruments are also warranted to be free of discoloration caused by soldering acids or failure of the plating to adhere to the metal during for 6 months from the date on the warranty card. The warranty is extended to the original retail purchaser only and is not transferable to the subsequent owners. POSSESSION OF THE WARRANTY CARD IS A CONDITION PRECEDENT TO WARRANTY COVERAGE. If at any time the ACB Doubler instrument malfunctions as a result of faulty material or workmanship. ACB will repair the defect(s) or replace the instrument at its sole option. Repair or replacement will be performed at no cost to the original purchaser for the duration of the warranty. **Full warranty not extended to instruments sold as B-Stocks, Demos, or other condition than “new”.*
