This horn was designed together with Miel Adams for our dearly departed friend Paul Kurtz. Paul, who also owned an A4 trumpet (which will be for sale shortly) and Adams Eb wanted the feeling and security of the Adams A4 but in a C-trumpet. Initially Miel didn't take this project on but after some convincing from Paul (if you knew Paul he always had a charm and a way to get things done!) Miel obliged.
To the best of my (Trent) knowledge there's only been a handful of these amazing C trumpets made by Adams. This is a fantastic horn in every aspect that can still blend well with conventional C's like Bachs, Yamahas, etc.

This horn has seen a bit of use but Paul was very good to it. I just performed a cleaning on it. The horn is good to go for many decades to come. It does have a bit of superficial lacquer loss and also a few dings, most noticeably in the bell near the bell rim.
If you could convince Adams to make another I think the price would be about the same as the Master Series ($4800) and take about 8-10 months for build time.
