Pre-Owned 1972 LA Benge 3X ML Trumpet in Silver Plate
Early LA, pre 10,000 serial number, Benge 3X Trumpet
Here we have an LA Benge 3X ML bore trumpet that is in great shape! This horn has no redrot (which is virtually unheard of with Benge trumpets), and the compression is very good! It has some finish wear mostly some scratching around the body of the horn and the inner bell, but has no plating loss. There is a dent in the 1st valve slide knuckle, a small ping on the second valve slide, and the bell bend has a flat spot. Beyond these cosmetic imperfections this horn is in great playing shape! The 3X bell is known for its flexible and focused sound. It fits great in the studio or in the hall!
