Trent absolutely adores these horns in every aspect. They have such a great ease of playability and color spectrum!
This is a great horn looking and playing horn, it does show some signs of use and work done, however it is still a fantastic playing instrument that still has tons of music left to make! There is some scratching, notably around the slides and light surface scratching around the bell. There is some lacquer loss on the bell flare, rim, and bell bend. There are also a few small dents in the second valve slide and a few barely noticeable pings on the bell flare. The braces present signs of being resoldered (on leadpipe and bell) and the 1st valve slide saddle has been replaced with a ring. Beyond this, this is a great looking and even better playing horn! The valve compression is good but would benefit from a heavier oil such as Berp Bio oil #3 and the action is great. The slides move comfortably as well. This horn also comes with 2 different main tuning slides. New, these horns sell for over $4000, don't miss out on this eXquisite instrument!
