Here we have a pre-owned Bach Stradivarius 43 Lightweight ML in silver plate for sale at ACB.
This horn plays well and at this price is an absolute bargain! The 43 Lightweight bell (indicated by the star) combo really sings and is preferred by many jazz players. This horn is in great condition especially considering its vintage (its serial number places it around 1980!) but does present a few signs of use. The is some scratching around the horn body. notably on the bell stem, valve block, and flare inside the gold wash bell. There are a few light pings close to the bell flare. The second valve slide has had some repair work done it. The 1st valve slide has a few small pings on the crook as well. Beyond these slight cosmetic blemishes this is a fantastic looking and playing instrument. The gold wash inner bell still looks great, the valves on this horn move smoothly with great action and compression. The slides move comfortably as well.
