1600I XO Professional Series Bb Trumpet

The 1600i XO Series Bb Trumpet was developed in cooperation with famed artist Roger Ingram. The 1600i Series features a .453-inch medium bore combined with a 4.8-inch hand crafted bell to offer superior response and tone.

Roger Ingram shares his thoughts on the 1600i XO

"My intention behind helping to develop this instrument was to design an affordable, great playing lead and commercial trumpet. Much to my surprise, the XO 1600i turned out to be the best all-around trumpet I've ever played!"

This horn is in excellent shape however does show some signs of wear, particularly around the contact points where the VGR kit was installed. There are a few light scratches in the finish and also some plate wear on the bell bend and the bracing close to the mouth pipe. Beyond these cosmetic blemishes, this instrument is in wonderful shape. All slides move smoothly and valve action is great. This instrument is a fantastic player, slotting is very secure on this horn with a nice round tone at every dynamic level. As a lead horn it has brilliant upper register and sparkles nicely when you step on the gas. Don't miss this opportunity to grab a unique horn at a great price!

This particular kit comes with a #12 (set of 10) gap length inserts with venturi diameters measuring .338, .340, .342, .344, .346, .348, .350, .352, .356, .360 and a #14 (Set of 9) gap length inserts with venturi diameter measuring .338, .340, .342, .346, .348, .350, .352, .356, .360.

There is also one #16 insert with Venturi Diameter measuring .340
