The Böhme Tumultus model is an incredibly responsive trumpet that will give you clear feedback behind the horn. Intonation is excellent, and slotting feels secure without being restrictive. The Tumultus feels very free blowing thanks to the reversed leadpipe design and MAW valve block. It is the heaviest Böhme trumpet design, and the extra weight helps give the sound additional stability and core.
These horns are always such a joy to have in the shop and this one is no different. This is one of the best playing instruments in the shop.
The L bell is an ideal choice for the jazz soloist. The tone is dark, powerful, and centered throughout the dynamic range. Diameter is 5.31"
