Martin Committee Trumpet 

Check out this Martin Committee trumpet that's just arrived here in the shop! This instrument needs no introduction, as many famous trumpet players have played on this model (Miles Davis, Dizzy Gillespie, Chet Baker, Don Fagerquist, the list goes on!). If you are looking for that classic small group jazz sound, look no further!

This horn comes to us on consignment and has some minor signs of use. it was overhauled and relacquered in the late 1980s at Giardinelli in NYC. There is some lacquer loss present on the horn as well as a small dent on the bell bow. There is also some sings of red rot in the main tuning slide. The valve compression on this horn is great and the slides all move freely. Take this piece of history home with you today!
