The Perfect Combination of Fun and Practicality!
This is a really nice playing pocket trumpet that's perfect for travel. The large bell flare fits standard trumpet mutes, so you can bring a horn and a practice mute without taking up much space. Like with our Doubler's line, the ACB pocket trumpets are ultrasonically cleaned and optimized (valve alignment, etc.) prior to shipment.
Features:
- Monel valves (with ACB precision valve alignment)
- Yellow brass bell
- 3rd slide adjustable ring
- Bell: 4 7/8th inch bell with a nice flare (fits standard mutes!)
- Bore size: .459"
The ML bore works really well with the tighter wrap of this trumpet.
Included in this horn are a nice ACB-Logo Polyfoam gig case with backpack straps, and a stock non-ACB 7C mouthpiece. If you would like to upgrade your mouthpiece, click here!
This is most definitely not a toy, it's a nice playing horn!

Clear Lacquer Brass ACB Doubler's Large Bell Pocket Trumpet
I purchased this horn primarily for when I go on vacation and want to lessen my load. This is a nice little horn for that purpose. I don't know whether or not I could use it in an actual band, but that's not my intention. The valves are a little stiff, as is with all new horns, but once you oil them they work fine. The slides all work nicely. Tone is decent, but not as good as the Benge Pocket Trumpet I had in the 1970s. That said, you would have to pay big bucks for a pocket trumpet that plays that well. Overall, I would have to say that the ACB Doubler's Large Bell Pocket Trumpet is well worth the money.

ACB Doubler Pocket Trumpet Large Bell
Great little horn. Not stuffy at all. Once I got the sldes where I wanted them, it plays in tune.

ACB Doubler
First impressions are open and free blowing. Bright tone. Great as a practice horn. A lot of horn for the money.
