Here are some low-fi pictures of the newest horn Ian has completed from the repair shop! A beautiful #3 bore (large bore)  1954-1955 Martin Committee Deluxe model. This is a one owner horn we purchased from a retired player. Ian stripped the lacquer and was able to keep all of the original parts. One of my favorite Ballads in the world is Jerry Goldsmith's haunting "Love Theme" from the 1974 Movie "Chinatown". I was a special guest performing with the UNH faculty jazz ensemble and picked this one for my quick feature.  I'm using my custom Double Shepherd's crook model "Coppernicus" with TA-TF mouthpiece on this clip.
